I see a lot of blogs weighing in on how churches should be using Facebook as part of their social media strategy.
Most of what’s written is how churches can use Facebook’s features and functionality to promote the church’s “brand“. The idea is that by using Facebook to give people a taste of what their experience with the church will be, the church will be able to better connect with its members and potentially attract new people to the church.
“After all, Facebook has over 500 million users” – the church social media strategists point out. “Imagine who you’ll be able to reach.”
